Purim Festival

The Purim Festival leaves us with lessons or messages.

Esther is the hero behind her Crown as the Queen.
Leadership by the King with a heart and devotion to his Queen Esther.
Queen Vashti, the first wife and Queen to the King – Modesty.
Mordecai and Haman is Good vs. Evil.
The Jewish people of Shushan, Persia – strength by numbers, belief and faith.

Each and every year on the Jewish Calendar, the Hebrew Date,  14 Adar, we celebrate the Purim Festival.

Chag Sameach Pur-reem (Purim)

The Purim Festival should be experienced.  Don’t forget your colorful mask.   It is like Mardi Gras with dancing, parading, and having a fun time.

When celebrating the Purim Festival, we hear the brave story of Esther, the Scroll known as the Megillah.  Drown out the name of the villain, Haman, with your noisemaker, the grogger.  Participate in the Purim Festival with a banquet and for adults with plenty of wine!  Lets not forget the Hamantaschen with the sweet center to enjoy.  A carnival of games is always fun for all ages.

Purim is celebrated to extend a hand by passing on a little cheer.  A Mitzvah!  A Mitzvah! on this Purim Festival.
