Destination Wedding Locations

Destination Beach Side Jewish Wedding Ceremony Chuppah

Returned from one of the
most popular destination wedding locations,
beautiful Dominican Republic Punta Cana.

Destination wedding locations for a beach wedding with a Chuppah, wedding canopy, a ketubah, the sharing of the wine, breaking of the glass on the sand.  It all took place at sunset on the beach. The couple with family and friends celebrated their Jewish wedding ceremony and marriage.

The weather cooperated for all took place very close to the water including the wedding reception. Have you ever seen a dance floor constructed on a beach? Yes, there was a solid dance floor for all to dance with a wedding celebration evening under the stars. The Atlantic Ocean nearby, we heard the waves, and let’s not forget the sand! Plenty of sand with tree-lined palm trees.

Ther wedding evening and the wedding date was chosen with care as well. For it was the Jewish Holiday Lag B’Omer and on this particular holiday, Jewish Weddings are allowed to take place. Double celebration for the couple received their blessings from G-d for their marriage, and we remember the spiritual liberation of receiving the Torah from G-d at Mount Sinai. It connected us all that evening.

Destination wedding locations can provide a wedding couple the opportunity to be married under the stars, in G-d’s nature connected creations.  It is actually a custom to be married outdoors.  In our weekly prayers, we are always reminded of creation.

The full moon shined as the couple beamed with love in their hearts for they arrived at the moment they dreamed of, to be Husband and Wife.

The bride expressed the following to Rabbi Andrea soon after her wedding ceremony on the beach…

Thank you, it was so sentimental

Mazel Tov!

Side Note:
Planning and choosing destination wedding locations will go smoothly when the Resorts are offering complete wedding packages. The details are covered and all a couple adds are themselves and the extras that will make destination weddings beautiful.
