Destination Jewish Weddings
The dreamy locations can offer a beautiful back drop for a breathtaking Jewish wedding ceremony. Destination weddings takes some planning, but with the right team of experts, it can take place. A wedding canopy known as the Chuppah is what is needed along with a Ketubah, Kiddush, Kosher wine, plain rings and the most important step for the Groom…the breaking glass.
When you find that destination location with a good, organized wedding team, all will go according to plan. They are there to take care you, the couple and make your wedding day live up to the vision you had when planning it.
Often times, you will need to fly in your Rabbi, wedding officiant. Choosing the Officiant that has at least, 3 days, 2 for travel days and 1 is your wedding day. Working with the airline schedules will determine if more than 3 days are needed. Be kind, and try not to expect a fly in, fly out for your Officiant unless they request it. The advantages of having your Officiant the day before or even two, is going over the ceremony details, even a Rehearsal could take place. Ironing out details that at times are overlooked.
