Dear Rabbi Frank,
My younger brother is getting married and I am unsure what gift is appropriate. He is reform and will have a Jewish wedding ceremony. They do not have a wedding registry. I feel giving money to him would be both weird and tacky (and neither of us particularly financially solvent). I have seen some interesting Judiaca art but I expect he will receive many mezuzahs in addition to mine. In short, I am at a loss.
Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Shimon in the Great White North

Hello Shimon,
Thank you for your heartfelt question. I am sorry for my delay, I was traveling officiating a destination Jewish wedding ceremony.
A beautiful wedding gift for your brother and soon to be sister-n-law would be the Jewish Home Blessing. It is available in all sizes, all price ranges and along with their Ketubah, Jewish Wedding Contract Judaica artwork, could be this home blessing displayed and to bless their home.
A hearty Mazel Tov to the happy couple as they become man and wife under the Chuppah.
All my best,
Rabbi Andrea Frank
